I am David Boruzs, the consultant behind DBTA – Digital Business Task Automation.
Over the past decade I worked in Germany and Switzerland in hospitality, purchasing, controlling and business operations. My speciality is turning manual, repetitive processes into simple, reliable automations.
I have automated HR and payroll document workflows, finance and controlling tasks, daily operational processes, multi-system night-audit procedures, supplier and purchasing workflows, and email and PDF routing across teams.
Today I help companies digitalise their work using tools they already have: Excel, VBA, Python, Power Automate, SQL and smart workflow design. My focus is on simple, stable, maintainable automations that reduce workload from day one.
